While the 2018 Spring Parade of Homes officially ends tomorrow at 6 p.m., your chance to visit Manitoba’s newest show homes won’t end on Sunday afternoon.
Almost all of the show homes that have been part of the parade will remain open for viewing well after the event ends.
MHBA builders have continued to see outstanding crowds during this spring’s parade, with visitors coming out to view the 138 show homes entered in the Parade of Homes.
Once again, this year’s entrants did not disappoint, providing Manitobans with an amazing variety of design, style, quality and craftsmanship.
Our fall and spring parades demonstrate the best the new home-building industry has to offer.
Whether you’re in the market for a new home, considering a change or just looking for ideas for your current home, no other parade of homes in Canada provides the opportunity for people to experience such a collection of new home concepts, features and decor.
Most of the show homes entered in the parade are open year-round for viewing.
The hours may be slightly different than during the parade, but the sales representatives in the new homes are still available to help you with your search for the perfect home.
All of the parade homes are listed on the MHBA’s website, which is viewable at homebuilders.mb.ca, and can be accessed by clicking on the Parade of Homes button.
Each home listing has contact information that will allow you to set up an appointment to see the show home of your choice.
Just click “make an inquiry” and you can send an email to the show home’s builder to set up a viewing.
As well, a digital version of the Spring Parade Magazine is available at the MHBA’s website and will remain posted there right up until the Fall Parade of Homes in September.
The winning Parade of Homes entries will be announced in April, so watch for the winners to be featured on the MHBA website and through our Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts.
We will be celebrating the best of the best and we encourage you to see if your favourite home is an award winner this year.
We would love to have you visit the various show homes today and tomorrow between noon and 6 p.m., but if you are unable to get there this weekend, the homes will still be open afterwards.
