NEW HOME SALES AGENT COURSE
The Manitoba Home Builders’ Association (MHBA) New Home Sales Agent Course is an introductory sales training course and a mandatory requirement for prospective New Home Sales Agents. As per an exemption order by the Manitoba Securities Commission, new home sales agents do not need to be licensed and registered with a broker.

COR® Certification
MHBA is the only Home Builder Association in Canada that requires its builders members to have the COR certification.
NEW HOME WARRANTY
Although warranty coverage on new homes is still not mandatory, all builder members of the Manitoba Home Builders’ Association carry third party warranty coverage on all of their new homes.
