It may be hard to believe, but spring is just around the corner and we are only four weeks away from the 2020 Spring Parade of Homes!
The Manitoba Home Builders’ Association’s Parade of Homes is the signature showcase event for Manitoba’s residential construction industry, providing locals interested in building their new dream home an opportunity and experience unlike any other available in Canada.
The 2020 Spring Parade of Homes starts on Saturday, Feb. 29 and runs until Sunday, March 22.
Tens of thousands of people are expected to visit Parade show homes in many of Manitoba’s newest neighbourhoods to learn about the latest trends in new home and interior design, the hottest new home technology and building materials, and to potentially find their new dream home.
Manitoba’s Parade of Homes continues to be the biggest and best parade in Canada. This spring, there will be 121 unique new homes on display. When one considers that some of the larger Parades in other Canadian cities range around 30 display homes, having more than 120 different options available to visit — each one with its own layout, materials, finishes and designs — means our Parade gives Manitoba home buyers a unique opportunity to see and experience the widest variety of home building options in an actual home setting for free. There is no admission charges for the Parade of Homes. An opportunity and showcase of this scope and size is uniquely Manitoban.
The MHBA’s Spring Parade of Homes will provided home buyers with the chance for to see first hand the latest work by 32 of Manitoba’s leading home building companies. It is also a great chance to check out and explore 31 of Manitoba’s newest neighbourhoods. This year’s spring Parade will again feature show homes in the newest communities in Winnipeg, and also in 15 communities outside of the perimeter. There are great show homes for viewing in Brandon, Birds Hill, Niverville, Stonewall, Selkirk, East Selkirk, La Salle, St. Adolphe, East St. Paul, Ritchot, Oak Bluff, West St. Paul and Headingley. Finding out which community has the right set of amenities and services that best fit your family is usually just as important as finding which new home design is the right one for you. Taking in the MHBA Spring Parade of Homes is a great way to explore many of Manitoba’s wonderful new communities and neighbourhoods.
In just four weeks, the best of the best of Manitoba’s new home construction will once again be on display.
