The Manitoba Home Builders’ Association’s 2021 Spring Parade of Homes has arrived! The Spring Parade officially opens at noon today and runs through until Sunday, March 21, showcasing 99 new show homes built by Manitoba’s best home builders.

Once again, the MHBA is proud to present the biggest and best Parade of Homes in Canada.

During the Parade hours, each Parade show home will have staff ready to explain all of the unique and special features of that home. MHBA new home builders pride themselves on building the best new homes in Canada. You’ll notice the Parade Hours are a bit shorter than normal. This is to provide more opportunities for visitors to schedule a private viewing of their favourite show home.

Ninety-nine homes — single family detached homes, condominiums and townhouses — are on display during this year’s Spring Parade. Twenty-eight different home builders will be presenting their new homes in 25 different communities in Winnipeg, Brandon, East St. Paul, Headingley, La Salle, Stonewall, Richot, St. Adolphe, and West St. Paul. Quality, choice and affordability are all key components to each Parade show home. There really is no better chance to see the best in today’s new housing market.

Our builder members have put measures in place to make the visiting experience during the Parade of Homes as safe as possible for their guests and their staff. These measures are in place to ensure that anyone visiting our builders’ show homes are doing so as safely as possible. Masks or face coverings are required to be worn by anyone visiting a show home. All visitors will be required to answer pre-screening questions and to sanitize their hands upon entering a home. Show homes are frequently sanitized and access to show homes is limited to ensure proper social distancing takes place while you are visiting the show homes. Visitors should also be aware that each Parade show home’s capacity will be limited to a maximum of four visitors at a time. While this may mean it may take a bit longer to visit your favourite Parade show homes, these steps are being implemented to help ensure that your visit is a safe as possible.

This year’s Spring Parade of Homes truly has something for everyone. If you’re looking at building a new home, this is the best opportunity to see the widest variety of new home options — floor plans, designs, materials — as well as visit Manitoba’s newest developments and communities to see what options are right for you. And if you’re thinking of making some changes to your existing home, the latest designs and styles are all on display, providing you with some great ideas to incorporate into your home.

Be sure to follow the MHBA on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter and look for the hashtag #PARADEOFHOMESMB on social media where you can see more on all of the great homes on display and to take part in some fun contests.
