2018 Fall Parade of Homes begins on September 8, 2018
WINNIPEG – Next Saturday, Manitoba’s best home builders will begin a three week showcase of 138 new show homes during the 2018 Fall Parade of Homes. From September 8th to 30th, people will have the chance to see the latest trends in home building design and the newest fashions in home decorating. For those looking at buying a new home, the Parade is the perfect way to see the best in today’s new housing market.
“Manitoba’s Parade of Homes continues to be the biggest and best parade in Canada,” says Lanny McInnes, President & CEO of the Manitoba Home Builders’ Association (MHBA), the group behind the bi-annual event. “This fall, there will be 138 unique new homes on display. When one considers that some of the larger parades in other Canadian cities feature around 30 display homes, having 138 different options available to visit — each one with its own layout, materials, finishes and designs — means our parade gives Manitoba homebuyers a unique opportunity to see and experience the widest variety of home-building options in an actual home setting.”
This year’s Fall Parade of Homes will showcase the latest work by 37 of Manitoba’s leading home-building companies. “It is also a great chance to check out and explore 35 of Manitoba’s newest neighbourhoods. This year’s Fall parade will again feature show homes in the newest communities in and just outside of the city of Winnipeg. There are also great show homes for viewing in Brandon, Headingley, La Salle, Niverville, Oakbank, St. Adolphe, Stonewall and West St. Paul,” he says.
Parade of Homes show home hours are:
Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon to 6:00 pm
Monday through Thursday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Show homes are closed on Fridays except by prior appointment
