What is your company’s greatest achievement?
Splendid Homes has been revolutionizing the luxury custom home market in Manitoba through our unique and seamless design and the highest degree of quality in workmanship and materials in each and every home we build.
What are your business goals for the upcoming year?
To expand our portfolio of luxury homes in new developments. We just acquired several building lots in a new development in Headingly and are looking into participating in more upcoming new developments.
How long have you been a MHBA member?
We have been an builder member for one year!
Why did you decide to join the MHBA?
We joined MHBA in order to be a part of a great community. Being informed of the latest industry news and new development opportunities, participating in the industry events and getting to know our fellow builders and developers.
What is the best part about being a MHBA member?
Meeting with other MHBA members & great networking opportunities and information exchanges
What is your favourite MHBA event?
We recently joined MHBA so we have not been to many events yet, but recent Industry Night at the Trans Canada Brewing Company was great as we got to meet several industry professionals and became familiar with their products and services offered to home builders.
How has being an MHBA benefited your business?
By providing networking opportunities, especially opportunities to participate in some fantastic new developments.
What is your favourite project that your company has done?
Our most favourite project at Splendid Homes was the unique custom home design-build project at 885 Wellington Crescent. This project was one of the most complicated and satisfying and rewarding new home projects that we completed, and now it’s one of the most iconic homes on the Crescent.
What advice would you give to a business just starting out in your industry?
Believe in yourself, stay up to date and do not give up
