Q3 ACTIVITIES RECAP
The Manitoba Home Builders’ Association and its members had a dynamic third quarter, packed with impactful events, industry recognition, and professional development opportunities. From July to September 2025, MHBA remained committed to delivering value to our members through networking, brand exposure, and celebration of industry excellence.
Here’s a look back at all the highlights from Q3:
The Fall Parade of Homes runs from September 20 – October 12, showcasing 135 new homes by 32 MHBA builders across 23 neighbourhoods.
This fall marks the 45th Anniversary of the Parade, celebrated with an expanded promotional campaign, exciting social media giveaways, and the Explore and Win Contest to drive traffic to show homes.
We extend our sincere appreciation to our dedicated builders and developers whose hard work has been crucial to the Parade’s continued success.

Industry Night at Assiniboia Downs (July 17)
The final Industry Night of 2025 was held on July 17 at Assiniboia Downs. Members enjoyed a fun-filled evening at the races while reconnecting with colleagues and industry peers in a relaxed setting.
