Fall Parade of Homes will showcase Manitoba’s top builders

The Manitoba Home Builders’ Association’s Parade of Homes is the signature showcase event for Manitoba’s residential construction industry, providing Manitobans interested in building their new dream home an opportunity and experience unlike any other available in Canada. Even with the many challenges our members have faced over the past few years, MHBA builder members have continued to host successful Parade of Homes confidently. We look forward to doing that once again this fall when the MHBA’s 2023 Fall Parade of Homes starts on Saturday, September 23rd and runs through Sunday, October 15th.
Over the previous 2 years, our Fall Parade was a bit later into the Fall to help our builder members manage ongoing building material supply and labour shortage issues. This year’s Fall Parade of Homes returns to our traditional September and October timing and will provide visitors with a unique opportunity to learn about the latest trends in new home and interior design, the hottest new home technology and building materials, and to potentially find their new dream home.
The MHBA’s Parade of Homes continues to be the biggest and best parade in Canada. This Fall, we expect to have over 120 unique new homes on display. When one considers that some of the larger Parades in other Canadian markets range around 30 display homes, having over 120 different options available to visit – each one with its own layout, materials, finishes and designs –means our Parade continues to give Manitoba home buyers a unique opportunity to see and experience the widest variety of home building options in an actual home setting. An opportunity and showcase of this scope and size is uniquely Manitoban.
The MHBA’s Fall Parade of Homes will provide home buyers with the chance to see firsthand the latest work by Manitoba’s leading home building companies. It is also a great chance to check out and explore many of Manitoba’s newest neighborhoods. This year’s Fall Parade will again feature show homes in Manitoba’s newest communities and neighbourhoods. Finding out which community has the right set of amenities and services that best fit your family can be just as important as finding which new home design is the right one for you. Taking in the Fall Parade of Homes is a great way to explore these wonderful new communities and neighbourhoods across Manitoba.
