Fall Parade of Homes will showcase Manitoba’s best

The Manitoba Home Builders’ Association’s Parade of Homes is the signature showcase event for Manitoba’s residential construction industry, providing Manitobans interested in building their new dream home an opportunity and experience unlike any other available in Canada. Even with all of the challenges brought on by the pandemic, MHBA builder members have hosted the past three successful Parade of Homes safely and confidently. We look forward to doing that once again later this fall when the MHBA’s 2021 Fall Parade of Homes starts on Saturday, Oct. 16, and runs through Sunday, Nov. 7.
This year’s Fall Parade of Homes is a bit later than usual to help our builder members manage the building material supply issues we have all been faced with over this year in order to better prepare their new Parade Show Homes and be ready for the many visitors expected to be visiting during the Parade. The Fall Parade of Homes provides a unique and safe opportunity for visitors to learn about the latest trends in new home and interior design, the hottest new home technology and building materials, and to potentially find their new dream home.
Visits to our Parade Show Homes will continue to have Increased health and safety measures, as well as adhering to social/physical distancing and sanitation guidelines, in order to protect those working in or visiting builder Parade show homes. These measures have been in place for the past three Parades and will continue to be in place to allow you to visit these amazing show homes in as safe an environment as possible.
Our Parade continues to be the biggest and best parade in Canada. This Fall, there will be over 110 unique new homes on display. When one considers that some of the larger Parades in other Canadian markets range around 30 display homes, having over 100 different options available to visit — each one with its own layout, materials, finishes and designs — means our Parade gives Manitoba home buyers a unique opportunity to see and experience the widest variety of home building options in an actual home setting. An opportunity and showcase of this scope and size is uniquely Manitoban.
The MHBA’s Fall Parade of Homes will provide home buyers with the chance for to see firsthand the latest work by 33 of Manitoba’s leading home building companies. It is also a great chance to check out and explore many of Manitoba’s newest neighbourhoods. This year’s Fall Parade will again feature show homes in 25 of Manitoba’s newest communities and neighbourhoods. Finding out which community has the right set of amenities and services that best fit your family can be just as important as finding which new home design is the right one for you. Taking in the Fall Parade of Homes is a great way to explore these wonderful new communities and neighbourhoods across Manitoba.
