It’s hard to believe we are only four weeks away from the 2018 Fall Parade of Homes!
The Manitoba Home Builders’ Association’s Parade of Homes is the signature showcase event for Manitoba’s residential construction industry, providing Manitobans interested in building their new dream home with an opportunity and experience unlike any other in Canada.
The MHBA’s 2018 Fall Parade of Homes starts on Sept. 8 and runs until Sept. 30. Thousands of people are expected to visit the show homes in many of Manitoba’s newest neighbourhoods to learn about the latest trends in new-home and interior design, the hottest new-home technology and building materials and to potentially find their new dream home.
Manitoba’s Parade of Homes continues to be the biggest and best in Canada. This fall, there will be 140 unique new homes on display. When one considers some of the similar events in larger Canadian cities range around 30 display homes, having 140 different options available to visit — each one with its own layout, materials, finishes and designs — means our parade of homes gives Manitoba buyers a unique opportunity to see and experience the widest variety of building options in an actual home setting. An opportunity and showcase of this scope and size is uniquely Manitoban.
The Fall Parade of Homes will provide homebuyers a chance to see first-hand the latest work by 36 of Manitoba’s leading homebuilding companies.
It is also a great chance to check out and explore many of Manitoba’s newest neighbourhoods. This year’s fall parade will again feature show homes in Winnipeg’s newest communities.
There are also great show homes open for viewing in Brandon, Headingley, La Salle, Niverville, Stonewall, St. Adolphe, West St. Paul and Oakbank.
Finding out which community has the right set of amenities and services that best fit your family can be just as important as finding which new-home design is the right one for you. Taking in the fall parade of homes is a great way to explore these wonderful communities and neighbourhoods.
In just four weeks, the best of Manitoba’s new-home construction will once again be on display.
