With every new home your builder constructs, our highly qualified new home building inspectors are there on the job site, conducting a series of inspections, in cooperation with your builder, to ensure your home meets our rigorous standards of construction.
If applicable, the deposit you gave your builder registered with BHW, up to $50,000 will be fully protected by BHW as soon as BHW receives your deposit receipt form.
- Deposit coverage up to $50,000.
- Completion coverage up to $50,000.
- One year warranty for defects in workmanship and materials up to $50,000.
